Richard L. Bagnal, III Memorial Scholarship

The Richard L. Bagnal, III Scholarship was established in 2019 to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors from R.J. Reynolds High School. Richard was a member of the 1998 graduating class of Reynolds High School where he was a Key Club member and competed on the varsity wrestling and soccer teams.
