Mike and Debbie Rubin Scholarship

The Mike and Debbie Rubin Scholarship was established by Mike and Debbie Rubin in 2020 to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors from Atkins, Carver, Glenn, North Forsyth, or Parkland high schools who will enroll in a college/university in the UNC college system. Eligible students must be the first in their immediate family to attend college and preference will be given to minority students.
